Abstract
On June 29, 2017 a mixed team from the wildlife law enforcement support project was carrying out a dismantling operation at the hotel where the named Mbongo Hyppolite was surprised with trophies of fully protected animal species, in particular panther skin. The latter declared that he was only a simple tout for the benefit of his paternal uncle, Azaya Joseph who was also arrested.
