Abstract
In February 2016, Libobo Divin was contacted by one known as Ghislain to carry out a big hunting expedition. Having accepted, Libobo Divin went to the forest by his sidekick who was the hunter while he himself was the carrier. In possession of one war weapon and ammunition, Ghislain killed one elephant and with the help of Libobo he skinned the animal and removed the tusks that he transported to Pokola. Once there, Libobo was arrested when he was looking for a client to sell the ivory tusks while Ghislain flew away. Brought before the state prosecutor, Libobo Divin was charged of complicity of killing of a totally protected specie, illegal possession of war weapon and ammunition and ivory tusks.
