Abstract

Loufoua Diath Albert and Ekondia Basile are two Congolese individuals resident at Seka-Koudou in the Sembe district. During the month of October 2016, they were arrested by rangers in possession two war weapons type PMAK and ammunition in the forest while they were doing big hunting. Brought before the state prosecutor, they were charged for illegal possession of war weapons and ammunition.
