Abstract

In April 2019, Motossa Alexis went to the forest for big hunting. When coming out of the forest on May 05, 2019 he was observed by an unknown individual as he was hiding the products including ivory tusks who went to report rangers. Motossa was then caught inside a taxi following a search of the car. He was brought to the police station and then to the state prosecutor. During his interrogation, Motossa Alexis admitted the facts.

The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to one year for the recovery of fines, two months for court fees and four months for damages.
