Nakado Benjamin and Doupa Roland are Congolese individuals resident in Ouesso. In November 2017, Nacel Hermane received one known as Ndinga Rock a military officer in service at the para-commando unit in Brazzavile. With two war weapons type PMAK and four full loaders, Ndinga asked Nacel to mobilize hunters for the killing of elephants. Nacel accepted and contacted Doupa who also contacted Sangouo Arnauld, Nakado Benjamin and Dambod Willy resident at Mielekouka village. All went to Ouesso and together entered the forest with two PMAK and four loaders. During the hunting expedition, Nacel Hermane, Sangouo Arnauld, Nakado Benjamin, Doupa and Dambod Willy were arrested by rangers and brought to the Ndzalangoye police station and later to the state prosecutor who charged them of hunting with war weapon and ammunition and sent them to court for trial.
