Abstract

In June 01, 2015, the gendarmerie brigade of Souanke received a call informing them that Yendzo Bruno Achille was in possession of one war weapon (type PMK) to carry out big hunting expedition. Following this call, an investigation was opened that led to the arrest of Yendzo Bruno Achille during which he was found in possession one war weapon (type PMK) and 112 (one hundred and twelve) ammunition of 7.62mm and one empty loader.

Yendzo Bruno Achille was sentenced to six months imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) each and to pay court fees. The imprisonment term was suspended.
