Abstract
In July 2013, Matoumou Emile, Ekondzo Albert, Idzala Gaël, Bhambo Bissodi Géni Bellard and Benodzey Kevin all living at Pokola went Bodingo only to do fishing. While there, Matoumou Emile surprisingly presented to them a war weapon and proposed them to carry out a big hunting expedition. They then killed one elephant.

Matoumou Emile, Benodzey Kevin, Idzala Gaël, Ekondzo Albert and Bhambo Bissodi Géni Bellard were sentenced to five years imprisonment, XAF 300,000 (three hundred thousand) as fines each and to pay court fees. The execution of the imprisonment term was suspended. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to one month for the recovery of fines and one month for court fees.
