Abstract
On January 15, 2015, the Sangha divisional services of Water and Forests carried out a routine patrol in Ouesso during which they found Bola Liema Auddy in illegal possession of four African grey parrots, a partially protected specie. Furthermore Bola Liema Auddy who is from DRC was found without a residence permit. He was therefore sent to court for trial.
