Abstract

On September 2, 2010, Kouam Derice and Kpapo Freddy were provided by Boum Simon and Bobo Rolvie with one war weapon type PMK and sixty ammunition in order to go to the forest for big hunting to kill elephants. After having identified a resting place in the forest, they discovered the disappearance of Kpapo Freddy and were obliged to come back to the village without hunting. They were later on arrested by investigators who brought them before the state prosecutor.
