Dila Hugues was living in Ouesso. In October 2015, he left Ouesso to Tala Tala with his junoir sister. At Tala Tala he stayed at his friend Daouda Mayaki’s place. The following day Daouda Makayi left Tala Tala for Souanke and left Dila in his house. When he came back and while he was discussing with Dila inside the house he heard somebody knocking at the door. Daouda opened the door and saw two unknown persons Kevin and Tempo with four ivory tusks. Dila recognized the two who proposed to Daouda to buy the ivory. Daouda replied that he doesn’t have money to buy and the two asked him to keep the ivory while they were looking for a canoe to transport the products to Cameroon. Dila and Daouda kept the ivory and during a patrol rangers found the ivory inside Daouda’s bathroom while Kevin and Tempo had ran away.
