Abstract

In March 2012, Egone-Tom Yves provided one known as Sylvain with a war weapon in order to kill elephant and give him back the ivory tusks and meat. Sylvain killed one elephant and removed the tusks and some meat. Sylvain was owing XAF 61,000 (sixty-one thousand) to Elenvah Joseph and therefore gave the latter the two ivory tusks that Elenvah sold to one known as Ngoun-Hamadou at XAF 20,000 (twenty thousand) to get reimbursed.
