Abstract
In May 2009, Essoukete-Kamba Hermann a police officer was owner of a caliber 12 type Baïkal serial number 99100163, a PMAK war weapon serial number 7007566 and a loader with seven bullets. Essoukete-Kamba Hermann decided to team-up with another police officer named Amboulou Alain Bienvenu to organize a hunting expedition inside the Mokanga forest during which an elephant was killed. Seeing that the result was not satisfactory, Essoukete-Kamba Hermann sent Amboulou to get some food while he was continuing the hunting expedition. He was then caught by rangers on patrol.
