Abstract

In June and July 2017, one named as Ongoto Gauthier organized a big hunting expedition with Bendi Gildas as hunter. Bendi Gildas killed two elephants came back and gave the weapon he used to Guira-Medjo Ghislain a military officer while Ongoto Gauthier was in Cameroon to sell the ivory. Guira-Medjo Ghislain and Bendi Gildas were brought before the state prosecutor who sent them to court for trial.

The execution of the imprisonment term of Guira-Medjo Ghislain was suspended. The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum.
