Abstract
In July 2016, two known as Brice and Noko organized a big hunting expedition inside Nouabale Ndoki national park and associated Lipoko Jean Marie and Bassepabi Faustin who accepted the offer. They killed six elephants and removed the ivory. When they were about to go back they were caught by rangers and the two camps started shooting each other. The poachers abandoned their products in the forest where the name of Mongo Fidèle known as ”Castro” was aside throughout the events marking his territory. After investigations that brought them to Pokola rangers managed to catch them and bring them before the state prosecutor.
