Abstract
In April 2014, Mossendjo Alfred went to the forest for hunting. After having ”called” the animals three times he saw an angry Chimpanzee attacking him and killed the animal.

Mossendjo Alfred was sentenced to two years imprisonment and XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) as fines and to pay XAF 1,000,000 (one million) as damages and court fees. The execution of the imprisonment term was suspended. The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to two months for the recovery of court fees, three months for damages.
