Abstract

Ndingando Justin is living at Thany village. In June 2015, he is contacted by one known as Pitchen to make arrangements for a big hunting expedition. His contribution was to provide with war ammunition. Ndingando Justin then purchased thirty war ammunition from Goma Rodrigue, a Central African. He left Thany to Pokola. At the checkpoint he was caught by rangers in possession of war ammunition and brought before the state prosecutor. He was sent to court for trial and charged of illegal possession of war ammunition.
