Abstract
Few times before his death, one military officer known as Avam Guy of-late gave a war weapon to Zebengou Christian that latter had already used two times. He could not stop such a lucrative activity and Mogaze Donatien decided to accompany him. On November 15, 2011, Zebengou Christian, Mogaze Donatien went to Moadie hill near Odzala Kokoua national park for hunting with a war weapon. They were caught in possession of the war weapon, two empty loaders and 23 (twenty three) bullets.

Zebengou Christian was sentenced to twenty four months imprisonment, XAF 2,400,000 (two million four hundred thousand) as fines and XAF 200,000 (two hundred thousand) as court fees; Mogaze Donatien was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment, XAF 1,200,000 (one million two hundred thousand) as fines and XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) as court fees; Zebengou Christian and Mogaze Donatien were sentenced to pay XAF 1,000,000 (one million) as damages jointly. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to fifteen days for the recovery of court fees, one month for fines and three months for damages.
