Abstract
On May 1, 2012, one informant who required anonymity informed the services of the police district of Sembe that Zoniaba Marius, Akongo Aristide, Kananga-Bola Alfred and Malou-Malou Faustin killed an elephant at the high Sembe forest with a PMAK war weapon. At the time the information was provided all were at Akongo’s (also known as Panther) house. The police surprised them there, caught and arrested Zoniaba Marius, Akongo Aristide, Kananga-Bola Alfred, Malou-Malou Faustin. During their interrogation they all admitted the facts and that Mehamahou-Aba was the buyer.
