Abstract

In August 2016, Bakonga Divin, Bamemba Hilaire and Kouando Elie were contacted by one known as Arron Mutoma working for a military officer named Nianga Itoua in service in Ouesso, the real sponsor of the criminal syndicate. After having received the PMK war weapon from Arron Mutoma belonging to Nianga Itoua, they entered the forest inside the Nouabale Ndoki national park precisely at Ndoki III and killed three elephants.
