Abstract
In February 2016, Medouang Nambia Rolph Roland, a military officer working in Brazzaville, went to Ouesso in possession of three loaders full of war ammunition. He contacted Mebisse Jean Claude to whom he provided the ammunition to carry out big hunting. It’s in these conditions that he is arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.
