Abstract

On March 4, 2014 precisely at around 2:00pm Mohamadou Guidado and Abdoulate Bouba were on board of a truck going to Cameroon after loading at Ngombe. At the level of Mokeko, one known as Harouna came up and asked if they could transport his parcel. Unfortunately for them they were arrested at Maboko border check point in possession of ivory tusks and leopard skins.
