Abstract
On January 25, 2014, Mondambo Marcel, Megole Freddy, Baneke Golo Francis Igor, Mikossi Mikossi Wilfrid, Bouyengue Martin and Elao Thibault left Moloundou for fishing upstream Dja river. The next day at 9:00am, Apôtre Kandja joined them in possession of a caliber 12 gun, a box of bullets for small hunting, and one banko bag that they didn’t know the content. At the upstream of Dja river they killed one buffalo and three colobus monkeys. After three days, while Kandja Apôtre was going back to the forest to continue hunting, the others were arrested by rangers. Kandja Apôtre was also arrested later on when he returned to the camp with his caliber 12 gun and three Colobus monkeys but managed to escape.
