Abstract
In November 2017, while he was at Bom village, Mongola Innocent received the visit of Messou Junior, Ebam Fayer and Zokaba Arouna who proposed him to be the carrier during an elephant hunting expedition. After having killed one elephant, Mongola Innocent stayed in the village with the two ivory tusks while the others continued for a second big hunting expedition. Mongola decided to sell the ivory tusks to pay for the treatment of his son and contacted Sangou Zoumki who brought him to one named as Souley who bought the tusks at XAF 180,000 and gave an advance of XAF 100,000. Mongola Innocent and Sangou Zoumki were then arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.
