Abstract
In September 2017, Fankui Philemon, Bidou Felix Ulrich and one known as Ibrahim found themselves together at Ngbaka precisely at Bolozo where they were about to cross to river. It’s in these conditions that Ibrahim gave to Fankui Philemon a black bag that was given to him by Bidou Felix during the crossing while feeling the presence of rangers in the area. Fankui Philemon was then caught by rangers after a thorough search of the canoe. He then denounced his brother-in-law Bidou Felix who was accompanying him.

Fankui Philemon and Bidou Felix Ulrich were sentenced to six months imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) as fines each and to pay court fees. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
