Abstract
In 2019, NGANDOU Jean Claude and BAZONKANDE Baurel illegally killed an elephant in the Mokeko and Ibonga Forest. They used a PMAK-type war weapon belonging to a certain COSSOVO, who also supplied them with ammunition. The hunt in 2019 was preceded by a first poaching expedition from which they returned empty-handed.
