Abstract
On January 21, 2021, Ndongotou Espérant Notaire in the company of his fishing friends resolved to go fishing at Ndoki Park, noting the absence of ecoguards at Mokobo port, they returned to said Park aboard a canoe where they hunted for a week. However, he was arrested at the port of Mokobo while his friends managed to take the key to the fields.

Ndongotou Espérant Notaire was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment suspended and XAF 100000 ( one hundred thousand) as fines. The accused was sentenced to pay as damages and interest XAF 300000 (three hundred thousand). The accused was sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to the 4 months for the recovery of fines, 2 months for court fees and damages and interest.
