Abstract
In October 2012, one known as Fernand contacted Bokani Barthel for a hunting expedition in the Nouabale Ndoki national park. Before that Fernand contacted Ngaïssana Etienne and Lagombi Jean Marc. Once in the park, Bokani Barthel managed to kill a gorilla, totally protected specie and all the three accused ran away to escape from rangers who were trying to arrest them. One of them was arrested and he denounced the two others. It’s in these conditions that they were brought before the state prosecutor.
