Abstract

On the 21st October 2012 in the locality of Socambo, elements of the gendarmerie station, informed of the occurrence of a hunting accident, arrested SOUSSAI Pierre in possession of a hunting gun and 12-caliber ammunition. Upon his arrest, the accused confessed that he had injured LEWEWE Vincent in the forest during a hunting party. Unfortunately, he was unable to produce documents justifying the possession of his gun. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
