Abstract
The accused Assoue NDOMA was arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Libongo by eco-guards of the Lobeke National Park. He was caught in possession of a locally fabricated firearm of calibre 12 and cartridges. At the time of arrest, the accused, a Central African, had no legal document justifying his presence within the Cameroonian Territory, nor entry. During interrogation the accused admitted the facts and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogation, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
