Abstract

The accused Mpoumeda was contacted by his friend a certain Herman that a certain lady called Divine requested huge quantities of pangolin scales and was ready to buy a kilogram at 8000 XAF. Based on this that he contacted potential suppliers among the co-offender Atek Elody. They took an appointment with a certain Herman to collect pangolin scales. While at the point of the transaction, as agreed by the parties, elements of the Divisional Delegation of Forestry and Wildlife Upper Nyong surprised and arrested them flagrante delicto.
