Abstract
BOFE Gabriel was arrested by agents of the forestry and wildlife control post in the locality of Koumela in the Salapoumbé Subdivision. He was found in possession of a hunting gun particularly a caliber 12 hunting gun in a prohibited hunting zone. During interrogations, he denied committing the offence as charged and pleaded not guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
