On the 16 July 2012, elements of the conservation service arrested the accused MAMOUDOU SAIDOU in the Forest Management Unit No. 10020. He was found in possession of an arm without a hunting permit. In this same light, he failed to produce an authorization permitting him to circulate in a forbidden zone. During interrogation, he accepted responsibility and acknowledged committing the offences as charged. After his offence report was established, he was forwarded together with the seized arm & ammunitions as exhibits before the state attorney of the court of First Instance Yokadouma for prosecution.
