Abstract
Elements of the conservation service arrested the accused MINKAMBE Jacques in the locality of Bonando, in a zone prohibited from hunting. He was found with a hunting gun and 04 ammunitions. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
