On the 19 September 2012, the accused MONGOSSO Marcel with a certain AZIZA SINGUE Willy were arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Djembe by ecoguards of the Lobeke national park. They illegally entered the Lobéké national park and were caught in possession of 02 firearms of caliber 12, 19 cartridges, 07 torch lamps, and 05 bush pig thighs. During interrogation, the accused MONGOSSO Marcel confessed to the facts and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, the accused was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
