Abstract
On the 19 September 2013, the accused NFORMI Alfred FAI was arrested in Edea by elements of the conservation service of the Divisional Delegation of the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife. He was found in possession of two elephant jawbones. During interrogations, he denied committing the offence and pleaded not guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
