Abstract
On the 19 November 2018 on the LIBONGO-MBOY highway, military elements in charge of protecting the protected areas N° 29 and 30 arrested the accused persons PALE SENATE Tresor and SONGOSAI Thierry. They were found in possession of a hunting gun and four 12-caliber ammunitions within a protected area zone. The accused SONGOSAI Thierry, a Central African was found without any residence permit or visa permitting him to reside in the Cameroonian territory. During interrogations, they pleaded guilty and admitted committing the offences as charged. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
