Abstract
On the 22 November 2015, the accused was arrested by an anti-poaching patrol team with 01 War arm & ammunitions, 4 Elephant tails and three Elephant meat. He admitted all the offences as charged and added that his arrest was facilitated by his ill health which rendered him incapable of hunting with his peers on that day. It was on this basis that he was prosecuted before court.
