Abstract
Elements of the national public security of Moloundou arrested the accused persons with an AK47 and 10 war ammunitions. The accused NDOREMBAI ELOI, HAMIDOU and SIBALE used the war arm to kill an elephant and stole items from a certain ETOUI Abessolo Marcel. The co-offender Bouba Philomene hid the stolen items. During interrogations, they all pleaded guilty as charged acknowledged committing the offences. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted together with the seized items before the State Attorney for prosecution.
