Abstract

Elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park arrested the accused Soule Ibrahim in the buffer zone of the Park with a hunting gun and 05 ammunitions with the intention of poaching. During interrogations, he pleaded guilty and acknowledged that he intended to poach reason why he was found in the protected area with the arms. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
