Abstract

On the 26 August 2006, the accused TCHATCHET Nicole was arrested flagrante delicto in the Bafoussam market in possession of two (02) leopard skins without any legal justification ( certificate of origin). During interrogation as well as before the State Attorney, she pleaded guilty and acknowledged committing the offence as reproached. At the close of interrogations, she was transmitted together with the seized items before the State Attorney for prosecution.
