Abstract

On the 22 December 2009, the accused YAKOUBOU ALIOUM was summoned before the court to respond to charges of violating the regulations on the exploitation of special forestry products. The accused did not appear before the court during hearing. However, the court did not find sufficient exhibits to establish culpability of the accused person during hearing. At the end of the hearing, the matter was adjourned for judgement.
