Abstract
On December 08 2015, YANDA Emmanuel was arrested in Doume in the East region in possession of an elephant tail, two gorilla skulls, a chimpanzee skull and the skin of a non identified animal without a certificate of origin.

YANDA Emmanuel was sentenced anew to a suspended imprisonment term of six (6) months within three (3) years, to pay 129,300 XAF for costs and 6,431,000 XAF as damages to the State of Cameroon represented by the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife.
