Abstract
The arresting officer got information that there were people having hippo teeth in Katunguru trading centre and looking for a buyer. On the same day, together with his informant, he proceeded to Katunguru where on their way picked Kakuru Swalik (A2) who later called Bwambale Job(A1), joined them and led them to a house where the duo picked the hippopotamus teeth and that’s when they were arrested by police officers.
