The Accused were arrested at Ntinda Shell Petrol Station and taken to Ntinda Police and later transferred to Kampala CPS. The Accused were found to be in possession of specimen belonging to animals categorized as protected species contrary to the laws of the country. The Accused were charged and prosecuted at the Chief Magistrate Court of Kampala at Buganda Road.
