Abstract
From January to March 1, 2018, the defendant Yuzhen Y. and the appellant Zhengrong S. met each other, and agreed to hunt and kill Alpine vulture. A total of 22 Alpine vultures were caught, and 18 of them were slaughtered. The police seized the dead alpine vulture, a large amount of muscle tissue, gallbladder, fat (oil) and other physical objects on the hunting spot of Zhengrong S. and Yuzhen Y. Zhengrong S. and Yuzhen Y. confessed to illegally hunted and killed endangered wildlife.
