Abstract
From April to July 2018, Dongqin C. illegally purchased wild herons (dead bodies) from Sun (separate case) for prices ranging from 35 yuan to 45 yuan, and the birds were used for consumption by herself and her friends. Dongqin C. paid a total of 19,562 yuan for the purchase of wild birds to Sun twenty-three times. Dongqin C. surrendered herself to Pucheng County Public Security Bureau Forest Branch on July 30, 2018, and truthfully confessed the facts of above crime. The bureau seized 20,000 yuan of illicit money that Dongqin C. withdrew. Dongqin C. confessed to having covered up or concealed crime-related income.
