Abstract
Since 2011, Fenxiang W. had been operating No.115 "Gulinxuan" and No. 105 "Wangudian" in Nangong Antique City in Yingze District, Taiyuan City. From May 2013 to June 2014, Fenxiang W. purchased ivory products, rhino horn products, and hawksbill turtle specimens from Beijing, Shanghai, Tibet and other places, preparing for sales and was seized. After appraisal, the items seized from his two stores included 11.94 kg of ivory products, 1.9913 kg of rhino horn products, one tortoise shell specimen, and 10 heads of helmeted hornbills. The value of the above items totaled 1.046729 million yuan.
