Abstract

Wang Jianwen and Liao Duoqiang posted the information of Guanyin carved red coral and the lady carved red coral on their respective online stores opened on the Yahoo website in Japan. Ke Y. was responsible for the maintenance of the online stores and conducting transaction negotiations with Japanese customers. At the beginning of 2013, after Ke Y. and the customer reached a transaction agreement at a price of 3 million yen and 550,000 yen respectively. Coral products were purchased and then delivered to Ke Y., who was responsible for mailing to Japanese customers. On March 4, the customs officer supervised the entry and exit mail, and found that the mails numbered EE625281541CN and EE625281538CN sent by Ke Y. to Japan contained one red coral product each. On March 26, Ke Y., Jianwen W., Duoqiang L. were arrested at the workplace.
