Abstract
At the beginning of September 2016, Mahusai (died on September 25, 2017), Madawuddai, Manus and others purchased the crime-making tools and daily necessities at the Tacheng South Market. On September 7, 2016, they rented a light truck and drove to the 11th company of 161 regiment of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Mahusai, Madawuddai, Manus and others illegally hunted and killed three rare and endangered wild red deer, obtained deer antler, deer whip and other red deer products, and transported to Zhonglong M.'s (handed in another case) house for sale. Manus obtained 3800 yuan from it. Manusi confessed to having illegally hunted threatened and endangered wildlife species.
