Abstract
From the end of 2017 to April 2018, through WeChat contact, the defendants Feng H. and Meinan X. sold a batch of rhino horns illegally purchased from others to the defendants Jinchun L. and Guowei C.at a price of 2.6 million yuan. On April 26, 2018, the police arrested the defendants Feng H., Jinchun L. and Guowei C. in a car driven by the defendant Feng H. near the Overseas Chinese Town Community in Chaoyang District, Beijing. On the spot, 19 rhino horns were involved; On the same day, the defendant Meinan X. was arrested at the Kempinski Hotel Yanqi Lake in Huairou District, Beijing.
